We are a family run business based in Oswestry, Shropshire. We started feeding our own dog Duffy a raw natural diet when we got her as a puppy and immediately saw the benefits in raw food.

Here at Duffy's Diner we pride ourselves on supplying only the best natural and appropriate foods and treats for your pets.

If you are already a seasoned raw feeder or are wanting to make the switch to raw, then we have everything you need.

Delivery Information

Here's how it's going to work

We will be delivering in our own temperature controlled van (-18c).

Frozen goods will be delivered in standard cardboard boxes.

If you are not going to be in on your delivery day, please state a safe place to leave your goods. Preferably in shade and undercover.

If you don't provide specific instructions and no one is in, we will leave in a place deemed safe by our driver and a photo will be taken as proof.

If for any reason there is no deliveries on a certain week, we will give prior notice.

Delivery to ZONE 1 is on WEDNESDAYS

Delivery to ZONE 2 is on THURSDAYS

Postcodes will be split into two zones (see below)

All orders must be in by 4pm the day before the delivery day scheduled for your area.

Please order during opening hours.

We will be delivering all day and cannot give a time slot. You are welcome to call us on the day for a time estimate.
